Giving birth can be stressful. Why not take a class to be more prepared? Here is a list of classes currently available in Brunei. Please leave a comment below if you have attended any of these (or other) classes in Brunei or know of any others not currently listed.
Birthlings Brunei offers childbirth education for expectant parents and pregnancy wellness through their prenatal yoga classes. While their teaching is based on AMANI Birth, an Islamic-based childbirth education course, any expectant parent from any faith can take away a lot from these classes, particularly if you are planning a natural and unmedicated birth. Their class is broken up into several Sundays (typically from morning to mid-afternoon).
RIPAS Hospital offers scheduled talks on different topics for expectant parents. These talks are free but information is not available online. You will need to go to RIPAS and ask for the schedule in person. Do plan ahead as talks are not very frequent and the topic you are interested in may not be available prior to your expected date of delivery.
